Chest Wrinkles/Lines

The skin on our chest is thin and delicate. The effects of gravity, sun damage, and aging can make this area particularly vulnerable to wrinkles and crepey skin.
Treatment Option: Sculptra Filler

Using FDA-approved Sculptra® which works within the deep dermis, rather than topically, we can help stimulate collagen production, restore facial volume and tighten skin, giving you a facelift-type effect.

Treatment Option: Microneedling

Microneedling is a treatment that stimulates collagen production, while preserving the outermost layer of the skin. The body responds to this in the same way it would react to an injury. The small amount of bleeding caused during treatment releases powerful growth factors, which are part of a natural healing response, resulting in increased collagen and elastin production without causing any damage to the skin.

Treatment Option: Fractional C02
As we age, production of collagen and elastin (proteins that help our skin stay plump, firm and smooth) slows down, often resulting in sagging skin on the face, neck and body. Fractional C02 addresses moderate to severe skin damage and texture.
Treatment Option: LaseMD™
LaseMD therapy gently delivers tiny micro beams of heat below the skin, without cutting or causing the skin to bleed or blister, opening up the skin to receive nutrients topically. LaseMD will address the texture of your skin for gentle resurfashing. As the skin heals, the micro-damaged skin sloughs off, revealing fresh, rejuvenated skin.
Treatment Option: IPL + RF
Unlike other lasers, the Photofacial combines intense pulsed light (IPL) and radio frequency (RF) into one non-invasive treatment—sending two types of energy into your skin. IPL + RF addresses sun spots, redness and temporarily tightens the skin with the added radio frequency.

 Chin Dimpling (Cobble Stoning)

Those lumps and lines that form on our chins are likely a result of fat loss in and around the area. It can also show up on younger people as a result of an over-active chin muscle that causes a dimpling effect, sometimes referred to as orange peel chin.
Treatment Option: Injectable Neurotoxin Treatment
With an injectable neurotoxin treatment such as Botox/Dysport/Jeauvio/Xeomin that works beneath the surface to temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity, we are able to prevent the chin muscles from dimpling allowing for a smoother chin contour.

Double Chin

There are several factors that can contribute to a double chin. As we age, our skin loses elasticity which can lead to the appearance of extra or saggy skin beneath the chin. Weight gain can also be a factor in developing a double chin. Genetics can play a part, as well; if double chins run in the family, it can increase the odds of developing one.
Treatment Option: Injectable Kybella Treatment

An FDA-approved injectable for the treatment of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat). Through a series of treatments, we are able to remove fat from under your chin and contour and define your jawline. Results are permanent!

Neck Bands

As we age, vertical lines on the neck may begin to appear. These lines are caused by the platysma muscle tightening and forming prominent lines at the front of our neck. (These lines are not the same as neck fat or wrinkles.)
Treatment Option: Injectable Neurotoxin Treatment
Using an FDA-approved neurotoxin treatments such as Botox/Dysport/Jeauvio/Xeomin that we inject into the neck bands, we are able to create a smooth, tight neck line.

Sagging Jawline (Jowls)

Aging is the main cause of the saggy skin at the bottom of cheeks and/or along the jawline. As we get older, our collagen and elastin begin to break down and we aren’t able to produce them as readily as we did when we were younger. The result—loose, saggy skin, often referred to as jowls. Other factors can be facial structure (narrower faces don’t support skin as well as broader jawlines), sun exposure, smoking and significant weight loss.
Treatment Option: Sculptra® Aesthetic

Using FDA-approved Sculptra® which works within the deep dermis, rather than topically, we can help stimulate collagen production, restore facial volume and tighten skin, giving you a facelift-type effect.

Sagging Neck

As we age, our skin begins to lose the ability to “bounce back” when stretched or when gravity pulls on it. Skin elasticity and firmness diminishes and sagging skin around the neck is a tell-tale sign of this. Add to that, genetics, weight fluctuation and/or sun exposure and the effects can be even more dramatic.
Treatment Option: Fractional CO2 Skin Resurfacing
As we age, production of collagen and elastin (proteins that help our skin stay plump, firm and smooth) slows down, often resulting in sagging skin on the face, neck and body. Fractional CO2 with DOT (Dermal Optical Thermolysis) Therapy is an FDA-approved technology that uses a “dot” technique to create microscopic laser perforations beneath the skin’s outermost layer. This triggers the body’s own natural production of new collagen and elastin resulting in firmer, clearer, rejuvenated skin.

Sun Damage (Chest/Neck)

Aging is the main cause of the saggy skin at the bottom of cheeks and/or along the jawline. As we get older, our collagen and elastin begin to break down and we aren’t able to produce them as readily as we did when we were younger. The result—loose, saggy skin, often referred to as jowls. Other factors can be facial structure (narrower faces don’t support skin as well as broader jawlines), sun exposure, smoking and significant weight loss.
Treatment Option: LaseMD™

Using an FDA-approved laser therapy, we deliver heat in a controlled fashion below your skin, without causing it to bleed or blister. As the skin heals, the areas of hyperpigmentation slough off, revealing smoother, younger looking skin.
