Return and Refund Policy

Skin365 Return policy

 Skin365 is dedicated to bringing you the best in Skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of the received date. We’re happy to go over your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your purchase. If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 10 days of receiving products. Send us an email or give us a call at (310) 316-3365. 

We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. Once a product is returned, we will not accept that same product to be returned again. After three returns or exchanges, you may not make another until 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed. When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited in original payment method or a check will be mailed out to the address products were delivered to. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

Returns must be in their original packaging and if shipping back, must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of request. Customers’ are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via US mail or any other common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

All returns are subject to validation and approval. Skin365 reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. If a return is received in the following condition, we may not accept it and/or a fee may apply:

  • Order is refused upon delivery. Refusal of an order upon delivery, results in a $15 fee and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Order is returned with "Return to Sender" notice. If we receive a “Return to Sender” package, a $15 fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned item(s) is/are not securely packaged for transit. Items not properly secured to prevent damage in transit are subject to a $15 fee. Please use original packing materials or a sturdy box with proper packing. Padded envelopes will not be accepted as goods are often damaged and are unable to be returned to manufacturer.
  • Returned item arrives with postage due. If your return arrives with postage due, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in following this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. In the event an exchange is made, please note the that exchanged item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items

Due to manufacturer specifications, we are unable to accept returns on EltaMD, TwoTone Umbrella and Gift Cards. 

If more than one of the same product or equivalent product was purchased in the same transaction to receive promotional discount, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for those products.

 

Broken/Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim. If possible, please take a picture of the box and/or any damages and retain those for any claims. 

 

Order Modification Requests

Skin365 processes orders as fast and efficiently as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee a modification to your submitted order. You may contact us to request a change to see if it is possible. To request an order modification like cancellation or item addition / removal, please email or call us at (310) 316-3365 to submit your request.

 

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee of $15 will be assessed. Please double-check your shipping address making sure you have added a Unit or Apt. number if needed before you place an order to avoid this fee.
