Innovative FDA-approved laser therapy gently delivers tiny micro beams of heat below the skin, without cutting or causing the skin to bleed or blister, opening up the skin to receive nutrients topically.

Commonly referred to as a Cosmeceutical Delivery System (CDS), this innovative treatment provides an improved delivery method designed to more precisely distribute highly effective cosmeceuticals such as Retinol (Vitamin A) or Ascoric Acid (Vitamin C) into the skin.

Photofacial

Unlike other lasers, the Photofacial combines intense pulsed light (IPL) and radio frequency (RF) into one non-invasive treatment—sending two types of energy into your skin.

The intense pulsed light targets brown spots, blood vessels, redness, and blemishes and allows us to treat skin at multiple levels. It can also help focus the radio frequency energy that stimulates the production of collagen and elastin for a more effective treatment. The appearance of fine to moderate wrinkles and textural irregularities of the skin are diminished.*

Fractional CO2 Skin Resurfacing with DOT Therapy

As we age, production of collagen and elastin (proteins that help our skin stay plump, firm and smooth) slows down, often resulting in sagging skin on the face, neck and body. Fractional CO2 with DOT (Dermal Optical Thermolysis) Therapy is an FDA-approved technology that uses a “dot” technique to create microscopic laser perforations beneath the skin’s outermost layer.

This triggers the body’s own natural production of new collagen and elastin resulting in firmer, clearer, rejuvenated skin. “Fractional” refers to the fact that only a fraction of the skin is treated by producing columns of heat and leaving the surrounding dermal tissue intact.*

* A pre-procedure appointment and prepping the skin 4-6 weeks prior to treatment is necessary

Best For

Hyperpigmentation, age/brown spots, fine lines/wrinkles, enlarged pores.

Results

Some patients see an initial effect right away, but significant results generally appear over 2 – 3 months as the new collagen that is being produced works to lift, tighten and smooth your skin.

Downtime

It takes approximately 7 – 10 days for skin to heal completely. Days 1 through 3 there is swelling and possible pin-point bleeding, Days 4 through 6 the swelling will likely have subsided and by the sixth day many patients are able to apply a post procedure foundation that promotes healing and provide complete coverage.

Possible Side Effects

Skin will have the appearance of being sun burned. You may experience some swelling, burning, and redness.
