Skin365 Return & Exchange Policy

Skin365 is dedicated to providing you with the best in skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and help you get the most out of your purchase. If a product cannot meet your needs, we will arrange a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers may return up to three (3) individual items per 365-day period. Once a product is returned, the same product cannot be returned again. Additional returns beyond three items require 365 days from the date each individual return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or a check mailed to the delivery address. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing may take up to two weeks.

Condition & Shipping Requirements:

  • Returned items must be in original packaging, unaltered, and contain more than 50% of the product.

  • If shipping back, items must be postmarked or show tracking within 7 days of return request.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or error.

  • Use a trackable shipping method; retain your shipping receipt as proof. Skin365 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Return Validation & Fees:

  • All returns are subject to approval. Skin365 may refuse or limit returns.

  • A $15 fee may apply for returns under the following conditions:

    • Order refused upon delivery

    • Packages returned “Return to Sender”

    • Items not securely packaged

    • Returns with postage due

  • Use original packaging or a sturdy box. 

Exchanges:

  • Exchanged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Multiple returns are subject to review and may be denied for repeat returns of the same product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • EltaMD products

  • Gift Cards

  • Products purchased in multiples to receive promotional discounts

Broken or Damaged Items:

  • Inspect your order immediately.

  • Contact us immediately for damaged or broken items; retain all packaging and take photos if possible.

Order Modifications:

  • Orders are processed quickly; changes are not guaranteed.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:

  • Packages that are refused or undeliverable will incur a $15 fee, deducted from your refund.

  • Verify your shipping address before ordering.

California Compliance:

  • In accordance with California law, you are entitled to a full refund if the product is returned in accordance with this policy.

  • Any fees applied (e.g., shipping or undeliverable package fees) are clearly disclosed.
