JEANETTE OKA M.D.

A board-trained anesthesiologist with extensive experience managing a wide range of health conditions and clinical disorders associated with anesthesiology. She is deeply committed to the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Dr. Oka previously practiced at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, where she provided anesthesia care across diverse surgical and medical settings, refining her meticulous and patient-centered approach.

Initially a patient at Skin365, Dr. Oka developed a profound passion for aesthetic medicine and joined the Skin365 team in 2010. She now plays a vital role in patient care by providing medical screenings and performing Advanced Medical Microneedling, a results-driven treatment designed to stimulate collagen, improve skin texture, and enhance overall skin health.

Drawing on her anesthesiology expertise, Dr. Oka created her own proprietary IONTOKA™ numbing technique, specially formulated to be infused into the skin using iontophoresis. This innovative technique allows for deeper, more effective penetration of the numbing agents, significantly enhancing patient comfort while maintaining treatment efficacy. Her unique combination of medical precision, innovation, and aesthetic passion helps patients achieve optimal skin health with an exceptional treatment experience.

JOLYN GIBB RN, BSN

With over two decades of experience in aesthetic medicine, JoLyn is a highly respected educator who has trained medical professionals around the world in advanced injectable techniques, dermal fillers, and laser technologies.

She was among the first nurse educators selected by Allergan in 2005, where she played a pivotal role in teaching the safe, effective, and artistic application of Botox®, Juvéderm®, and other aesthetic treatments to physicians and nurses nationwide. Her expertise and leadership in education continued as she became a Galderma educator in 2008, training providers in products such as Dysport® and the Restylane® family of fillers.

In addition to her extensive industry experience, JoLyn trained under internationally renowned dermatologist Dr. Howard Murad at Murad Medical Spa, further refining her approach to skin health, aesthetics, and patient-centered care. Her background uniquely blends clinical precision, advanced education, and a deep understanding of skin science—making her a trusted authority in the field of aesthetic medicine.

ELIZABETH SOMMERS RN, BSN

With nearly two decades of experience, Elizabeth has been practicing in the medical field since 2004 and specializing in aesthetic medicine since 2010.

She has an extensive background as an injectable educator, having formerly served as a national trainer for Allergan, where she helped train medical professionals across the Western region of the U.S. in the safe, effective, and artistic use of neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She currently continues her role as an injectable educator for Galderma and has recently expanded her training portfolio as a new educator for Revance, further solidifying her position as a trusted authority in aesthetic medicine.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Elizabeth is a recognized industry leader and social media influencer, widely known as Beauty_Nurse_Elizabeth. Through her platform, she shares expert insights on aesthetics, skincare, and injectables with a highly engaged community of over 1.9 million Instagram followers, earning her national recognition and respect within the industry.
