This package includes 2 vials of Sculptra and one LaseMD treatment of the full face. Treatment must be completed in one (1) visit within three (3) months from purchase. If treatments are not completed within this timeframe, any remaining balance will be converted into a Skin365 gift card, which has no expiration date and may be used toward future treatments or products. Gift card balances under $10 are eligible for a cash refund upon request, per California law.
