This package includes three (3) medical microneedling treatments with Nurse Elizabeth RN for either one area (face or neck) or two areas (face and neck), to be completed within four (4) months of the purchase date, as recommended for optimal results. Any treatments not completed within this timeframe will be converted into a Skin365 gift card with no expiration, which may be used toward future services or products. Gift card balances under $10 are eligible for a cash refund upon request, in accordance with California law.

All treatments are subject to provider approval based on individual consultation.
