This package includes one (1) LaseMD treatment with exosomes and one (1) Dermaplane treatment, scheduled 2–4 weeks apart. All services must be completed within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. It is the patient’s responsibility to schedule all appointments within this timeframe. Unused services after the 60-day period are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund. In lieu of forfeited services, any remaining value may, at the discretion of Skin365, be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift card. Gift cards do not expire and may be applied toward eligible services or retail products only. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by California law. Balances under $10 may be refunded in cash upon request in compliance with applicable state regulations. Skin365 reserves the right to modify scheduling availability and package terms as necessary.
